A time and a
place to thrive
Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) is a premier consulting and communications firm. We have created positive and enduring impact for our clients for more than 30 years.
SRG’s unique fusion of strategic and creative capabilities has helped build brands and drive growth at companies big (e.g., PepsiCo, Wendy’s, Lilly) and small (e.g., Dave’s Killer Bread, MyChelle Dermaceuticals, Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers). Founded in 1984, we’ve grown our firm through an integrated combination of capabilities that, together, are unique in the industry. We specialize in consumer insights, strategy, innovation, design, and communications.
Perhaps more important than what we do at SRG is how we do it. Before ever having a client, our founders defined the core beliefs upon which SRG would be built: Excellence, Creativity, Education, Honesty, Respect, Social Value, Responsibility, and Fun. For 30+ years, we have measured our performance on these beliefs annually. And because we live these beliefs every day, we’ve been named a Best Place to Work by AdAge in 2017 and Outside Magazine for the past six years.

We're always looking to hear from creative talent interested in working with SRG. Please apply with a link to your portfolio. We'll be in touch if there is a match with our upcoming freelance or full-time needs. As a Copywriter candidate for SRG, you have a good book. At least four or five years' experience. But you also have the natural curiosity, passion for great ideas, and growing talent as a writer/communicator to take that next step and turn that "good" book into a downright killer book. Your CDs and ACDs marvel at your enthusiasm, concepting skill, collaborative nature, and persistence to get involved everywhere, anywhere. You eagerly dive into the big stuff while never cutting corners on the little stuff. You can clearly articulate the who, what, where, how and why of a brand or assignment that lead to only the strongest ideas, and even have a knack for objectively self-editing before showing those not-so-strong ideas internally. You realize that the days of JUST doing big television, or calling account people "suits," or taking this great job we have for granted, are over. You enjoy coming to work every day, and we'll enjoy having you. And whatever's thrown your way–TV, digital, print, outdoor, social, anything, everything–you'll kill it, and then ask for more. In short…you "get it." And SRG will look to you to be a valuable part of our unique, innovative and ever-growing creative culture. Qualifications: • 4+ years agency copywriting experience • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in both team and independent environments, and a positive, flexible attitude that will lend itself to client service • Proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects • Proven ability to conduct and utilize online research • Strong written and verbal skills Please apply using this link, including a cover letter and resume: https://workforcenow.adp.com/jobs/apply/posting.html?client=srg84&jobId=28788&lang=en_US&source=CC3 Apply

You realize that to be truly valuable and ultimately fulfilled, you must engage in a variety of ways. You see every project as an opportunity for breakthrough ideas and know that the media types are often defined by that idea. You’re a student of pop culture, and want to create some of your own. No matter your area of focus, you see how technology creates opportunity. You’ll find ways to incorporate digital thinking into most projects. You are your own toughest critic.
