  • Senior Account Director - Food B2B+

    The responsibilities of the Senior Account Director include providing thought leadership to elevate and drive clients’ brands. This position will work in close partnership with client and internal teams, as the client expert and trusted advisor responsible for client satisfaction and overall business profitability. This position will also mentor and coach team members while motivating and leading overall project teams for complex campaigns across a variety of media. To be successful, you must be able to motivate and lead internal and external resources, build good relationships with teams, oversee project timelines and budgets, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be willing to roll-up your sleeves and get into the details of programs to help ensure excellence within implementation when necessary. • Leverages understanding of integrated marketing programs, including strategic brand positioning, media strategy, event marketing, promotions, culinary development and publicity. • Contributes ideas and actively manages the strategic development process to ensure a solid foundation for creative development and marketplace efforts. • Demonstrates and shares subject matter expertise with internal and external teams. • Takes ownership of the creation of reports and presentations that can be shared with leaders at the client without oversight. • Is viewed as the go-to person on the account. Effectively guides teams and clients through all projects and initiatives. • Proactively address internal and client issues, identify solutions, eliminate obstacles and can help navigate through complicated and difficult situations. • Responsible for all creative and media briefs and then making sure the creative and media plans deliver against those briefs. • Effectively manages work and time, while guiding others to do the same with no oversight. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressively responsible advertising agency, restaurant client-side (brand management or marketing), and/or PR experience. Demonstrates significant job progression within well-respected companies, with a track record of guiding both client and agency teams to successful marketing campaigns.   • Senior Account Manager+

    A Senior Account Manager is the "go-to person" for two or three clients, responsible for initiating projects and guiding internal teams through the appropriate processes to effectively achieve all the day-to-day deliverables in support of the ongoing communications programs and larger strategic plan. This includes running projects from beginning to end, managing client communication on these projects, managing both internal and external schedules, monitoring budgets, and overseeing all elements of execution with little to no direction. To be successful, you must be proactive and a self-starter who is able to motivate others. Being detailed oriented and a proficient project manager is also a must, along with strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills. Responsibilities: • Leverages understanding of marketing planning, brand positioning, media strategy, promotions, and research fundamentals • Provides strategic input based on research analysis; drafts and finalizes reports summarizing key insights • Takes ownership of the creation of reports and presentations with minimal guidance from senior team members • Is viewed as the go-to person on day-to-day matters. Effectively guides teams and clients to complete day-to-day tasks in a timely manner • Initiates and manages day-to-day communications programs, including scheduling, budgeting, execution, and follow-up with little to no direction • Drafts creative and media briefs • Understands client budget and conducts analysis. Regularly identifies opportunities to add revenue within existing clients • Identifies and suggest solutions to internal and client processes and strategy • Actively manages assistant account managers, account coordinator, and interns • Effectively manages work and time, appropriately defines priorities with no oversight Qualifications: Have 5–7 years of advertising agency and/or client-side experience within marketing, with a Food/Culinary/CPG focus. Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, advertising of equivalent field. Required skills include creative problem solving, initiative, and general interest in branding, marketing, and advertising. Must be a strong team player with proven ability to work with multiple teams. Demonstrates successful job progression within well-respective companies with a track record of leading a wide range projects.   • Assistant Account Manager+

    Sterling-Rice Group, a nationally recognized brand strategy, innovation, and advertising agency, is searching for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Boulder, Colorado-based team. Responsibilities: An assistant account manager provides project management for one or two clients. This particular position has a part emphasis on a food commodity client looking to expand in the Mexico market. You focus on managing day-to-day programs, including schedules, budgeting, and execution. You use your experience and relationships to efficiently work through the processes and make sure the account team finishes projects and reaches promised deliverables on time and within the budget.
